We treat data as something to be evidenced, not just handled. Here’s exactly how we protect it — the standards we work to, how we prove a job, and what we’re willing to put in writing.
Chain of custody
Every item is logged in on arrival, tracked through each step, and reconciled out — with a record for the whole batch. Nothing is handled off the books, and you can see what happened to each card.
Certified erasure to recognised standards
We erase to NIST SP 800-88 Rev.1. Clear overwrites and verifies; Purge uses the card’s own hardware secure erase to reach remapped and retired blocks an overwrite can’t; Destroy physically ends the media. Every level is verified by read-back — the method on the certificate is the level achieved, not attempted.
Personal data and UK GDPR
Footage of identifiable people — CCTV, dashcam, bodycam — is personal data. Disposing of a card with that data recoverable is a breach. A format doesn’t remove it and flash hides data from overwrites, which is exactly why Purge matters. Our certificate is your evidence of compliant disposal.
Secure by design hardware
The devices we send into the field are built to be trusted when no one is watching: secure boot so only signed software runs, encrypted storage tied to the unit, and per-device keys so one compromise isn’t a fleet compromise. Security is designed in, not bolted on.
Evidence you can stand behind
Each card leaves with a per-item certificate carrying its identity, the method achieved and an evidence-integrity reference. It’s generated from the record the line captured, so it’s verifiable — not a claim typed after the fact.

Credentials
We’re actively building our formal security and cyber accreditations — the ADISA, Cyber Essentials and ISO marks that data-destruction buyers rightly expect — and we’ll show each one here as it’s in place, never before. Sustainability & WEEE
The greenest card is the one you don't replace. Certified erasure and recertification put healthy media back into service instead of into the bin — cutting both cost and e-waste. Reuse first is the heart of what we do.
When media genuinely reaches end of life, it's handled responsibly: disposed of under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations, with the Duty of Care documentation to match, and materials recovered for UK recycling rather than landfill.
Our waste-carrier and producer registrations are being put in place as we scale the destruction side — we'll state them here once held.
